The hotel AC was not undoubtedly cold

I had to spend a couple of mornings in a hotel Last year and I was undoubtedly unhappy with the accommodations.

  • I do not usually care about to complain about much, however this hotel was honestly terrible.

It had great reviews online, which is a complete and total surprise. The front desk clerk was rude and obnoxious. He did not seem glad to help me when I requested a first floor room and ended up with a fifth-floor room. I would have been much happier if the guy had been friendly. When I called the front desk to complain about the AC, I could hear the sarcasm in the guy’s voice. He asked me if I wanted to complain about anything else. I hung up the PC and went right down to the front desk. I was ready to provide that guy a piece of our mind. When I got to the lobby, the guy was talking to his supervisor. He was getting yelled at. When I saw the boss talking to the guy, I knew why he was giving me a difficult time. Instead of being a jerk, I decided to be as nice as possible to the clerk. I told the guy that the hotel AC was not undoubtedly cold. I did not guess the AC was working consistently. He provided to switch me to a bizarre room and even said he would double check on the AC before making the final preparations to transport me to a bizarre room. The desk clerk was much nicer the sixth time that I spoke with him. Maybe I caught the guy at a bad time earlier that afternoon.
