I have a nice little workshop in our basement that I built recently.
It is for our interest of making guitars.
I am a songsian and also build guitars. And this interest of mine easily makes myself and others some side currency because I sell some of them. However, there is no heating or air conditioning in the basement. This was because the ductwork of the apartment was only laid for the central heat and air conditioner device to go in the main section of the home. I had 2 choices. One was to have all this construction done to have ductwork laid into the basement and have the central heating, ventilation & A/C plan rerouted to labor there as well. But that would cost too much and be a real hassle to have all that construction being done in the house. I just had enough construction as it was turning this basement into a workshop. My wifey and youngsters have had enough of the noise and inconvenience. And really, so have I. So the only solution is choice number 2. And that is to go and invest a few thoUnited Statesnd into a ductless mini split air conditioning plan and then call the local heat and air conditioner supplier to have them send out a certified heating and cooling specialist to convert the ductless mini split air conditioning plan into a fully working ductless mini split heating, ventilation & A/C unit! That is going to be the best course of action to complete our workshop I think.
