My dad gave us each some money when he died and I am trying to use it on things which make my life healthier and happier.
I got a ppm meter and measured the air quality in my flat last week and it is saying that my air is quite dirty. They sell whole home air purifiers at the local contractor’s store and it looks like they are good quality systems. I think it would make a big difference on my health if I had cleaner air in my flat seeing that my body doesn’t like dust too much. We also get a lot of car exhaust in here so I think the air purifier would be great for me to have. I believe it captures all of those contaminants that come in from the outside with its double HEPA filter system. I don’t like the idea of breathing in car fumes all of the time, I’m sure over the long term it would cause some problems. I did my air duct cleaning the other day so my HVAC system is not to blame because it also has a HEPA filter but doesn’t clean the air the same way an air purifier does. I did some research online about them and know how much better they clean than the central unit that is in my flat now. I think I can get an air purifying system installed in my flat for under $1000. I would also get a service plan if I bought one because I know nothing about repairing them.
