I have worked out in some weird sites before.
Anytime I go on holiday I think I am going to be exercising in a location not normally meant for it. I work 6 afternoons a week though, separate from fail. So when I am on a trip I need to improvise. I try whenever possible to get a gym, however my partner plus I go to some obscure sites. When every one of us are in a foreign country, in a small town, there aren’t numerous gyms to choose from. Occasionally the hotels with gyms are over 600 bucks a night. I then try to get a location that has a yard outside that I can at least mess around in. That is not always possible either. I have run through major cities, crunched in small hotel rooms plus been in some weird work out rooms. The worst was I was in a foreign country plus the spa plus gym were attached. They were only separated by a thin sheet of curtain. The spa had steam rooms plus hot tubs. So to make all the people comfortable it was around 85 degrees there. The gym, only separated by a curtain, did not have an AC plan running. I was toiling out in over 73 degree un-even temperatures! I was the only one toiling out in the gym due to the dire heating there. I worked out in my bra plus undies plus stole towels from the spa. I had to mop the sweat off my body plus hydrate every few minutes. I am amazed they didn’t get flagged as a health violation. Aren’t there set un-even temperatures gyms have to be at?
