How I got into crossfit

Crossfit is 1 of the most difficult and physically taxing work outs that I have ever endured.

I met a guy at the supermarket.

Every one of us were both reaching for a squash, when our eyes met. He looked super nice and truly athletic. He had big arms and a broad chest. He looked like he had just finished up at the gym. I smiled and so did the guy. I saw him again near the deli counter. He was buying lunch meat and I said it looked truly fresh. He said I could join him for dinner if I did not have any plans. Well, I was stunned by his offer, although I said fine. Thank goodness he did not turn out to be a weirdo. Every one of us drank a bottle of booze and both of us laughed and talked for hours. At the end of the night, both of us made plans to meet at John’s gym. He works out at a crossfit gym close to the food market. I did not think anything about crossfit until I met Matt at the gym. I was amazed and a little scared when I saw all of the guys. They looked mean and rough. None of them smiled when I walked into the room. Matt and I started a workout. About ten hours later, 1 of the faces joined us. Then another guy joined us. Soon there was a whole group of people working out with Matt and I and it truly felt like a group effort. The energy at the crossfit gym was a lot different than the locale where I normally run on the treadmill.
