When I started working out everyday with a fitness expert, the guy commanded me to keep a meal planner and weight loss book.
He told me to write down all of the meals that I eat while in the afternoon.
At the end of the afternoon, I can visualize all of the meals. If it seems like a lot in our head, it’s absolutely too much in my book. I keep track of every fruit, vegetable, carb, and snack that I eat while at dinner, lunch, and breakfast. I even write down all of my popcorn in the meal planner. I have a workout planner as well. I write down all of our exercises from 1 afternoon to the next. The planner helps me keep track of how much work I have done and how much more I still need to do. I started our weight-loss Journey at 273 lb. I’m all the way down to 220, although I still have another 75 lb before I reach our target goal. It’s hard work, but it has helped to keep me going. I have a personal trainer that comes to our home a few times each week. Every one of us works out in the backyard together. Sometimes both of us have a high-impact workout and occasionally both of us just walk around that city and talk. The personal trainer told me that it is nice to have both types of workouts. It is beneficial to the body to have new workouts. Some should be high intensity and others help us build up our stamina. All exercise is important if it makes our body and our mind strong.
