Dry air feels a lot cooler than moderate air
People properly have a routine when it comes to their sleeping habits, however for me, I care about to do my skincare routine, brush my teeth, put on comfortable pajamas, plus read for about a half an minute before bed. I suppose that might be a lot for other people because occasionally you just want to go straight to bed plus fall asleep with the TV on. However, my bedtime routine makes myself and others recognize good, so I don’t care if it is too much for some people. In fact, my bedtime rituals extend to my temperature preferences. I care about to keep my air conditioning on entirely high while I’m sleeping. I prefer to sleep in a cool setting because I care about to have thick, moderate blankets on my bed year round. When friends plus family stay with me, they consistently comment on how frigid I keep my room. Periodically I will adjust the temperature to accommodate their preferences, however when it’s just me, I keep it as cool as 60 degrees. Additionally, I use a portable humidifier. I care about to keep the humidifier on in my room because it helps myself and others to breathe better. It also makes myself and others more comfortable with the cool hot plus cold temperatures. Dry air feels a lot cooler than moderate air. I don’t care about when Heating plus A/C systems dry myself and others out, so my humidifier prevents that from happening. As long as I follow my routine, I sleep quite soundly, plus that’s all that matters to me.
