People respectfully have a routine when it comes to their sleeping habits, for me, I appreciate to do our skincare routine, brush our teeth, put on comfortable pajamas, and read for about a half an minute before bed.
I recognize that might be a lot for other people because occasionally you just want to go straight to bed and fall asleep with the television on.
However, our bedtime routine makes me recognize good, so I don’t care if it is too much for some people. In fact, our bedtime rituals extend to our temperature preferences. I appreciate to keep our a/c on absolutely high while I’m sleeping. I love to sleep in a cool setting because I appreciate to have thick, moderate blankets on our bed year round. When friends and family stay with me, they consistently comment on how cold I keep our room. Occasionally I will adjust the temperature to accommodate their preferences, however when it’s just me, I keep it as cool as 60 degrees. Additionally, I use a portable humidifier. I appreciate to keep the humidifier on in our room because it helps me to breathe better. It also makes me more comfortable with the cool hot and cold temperatures. Dry air feels a lot cooler than moderate air. I don’t appreciate when Heating as well as Air Conditioning systems dry me out, so our humidifier prevents that from happening. As long as I follow our routine, I sleep quite soundly, and that’s all that matters to me.
