My husband and I bought a house a few months ago that checked off so many boxes on our wish list.
It had a gorgeous backyard, a renovated kitchen, and the right number of bedrooms. We were thrilled with the location and the size of the house. The one thing that was missing was the fact that the house did not have any central air conditioning. Because of the climate in our region, many older homes do not have air conditioning. While the weather is mild enough most of the year that we could probably do without it, I knew I wanted an air conditioner before the summer hit. When we consulted with a local HVAC company, they told us that it would be really simple to install a central air conditioning system because the home already had a network of ductwork due to the furnace. While there were other more lavish and modern forms of air conditioning to choose from, we decided to go ahead and get the central air conditioner that would fit right in with our existing ductwork. We scheduled an installation with the HVAC company. The installation took place with plenty of time to spare before the hot and humid weather began for the season. I am so happy with how simple and easy the installation process was.
