My spouse and I bought a beach house a few weeks ago that checked off so many boxes on our wish list.
It had a gorgeous backyard, a renovated kitchen, and the right number of bedrooms.
We were happy with the location and the size of the house, but one that was missing was the fact that the beach house did not have any central air conditioner. Because of the climate in our region, various older homes do not have air conditioner. While the weather is mild enough most of the year that we could easily do without it, I knew I wanted an air conditioner before the Summer hit. When we consulted with a local Heating and Air Conditioning dealer, they told us that it would be honestly simple to install a central air conditioner unit because the home already had ductwork due to the furnace. While there were other more extravagant and new forms of air conditioner to choose from, we went ahead and get the central air conditioner that would fit right in with our existing ductwork. We stressed an upgrade with the Heating and Air Conditioning dealer. The upgrade took place with plenty of time to spare before the hot and humid weather began for the season. I am so happy with how simple and fast the upgrade process was.
