I’m not exactly ready to say goodbye to spring breezes and cooler temperatures.
- But I really don’t have much say in all of that anyway.
It’s a fact that summer season is upon us. And if you live in this region, that’s the season you dread the most. Maybe dread is too big a word but the heat season is definitely my least favorite. Thankfully, there is plenty of HVAC comfort these days. In fact, you can almost avoid the outside temperature altogether these days with HVAC cooling. My wife got one of those remote starters for her car. She gets the awesome car and I get the 20 year old truck that doesn’t even have air conditioning. But she can start here car which then cranks the air conditioning so her car is all cooled off when she gets in. She only deals with the heat from the car to wherever she’s going. I’m more of the sort who likes to embrace the heat a bit more. I live outside much of the year. I mean when you live where the winter is so mild that the heat pump doesn’t really even come on, why would you stay inside. Plus, the sun is almost always out and the sky blue. It’s really like that for 8 months of the year. Just perfection. Alas, I have four months of heavy heat and humidity that will chase me inside the HVAC cooling for at least the middle of the day. I mean, you got to work sometime right? I’m just thankful to have great residential HVAC that I can count on for all the air conditioning I need this summer.
