Dad and I have consistently been close.
This didn’t change even when I hit puberty and became a unusual woman.
He’s consistently made it a point to maintain a close relationship. When I was in university, dad would fly out to see myself and others every 2 months, and I was quite excited to see him. But, she slowed down traveling after falling ill. Last year, dad planned a trip to see our modern home, and our step-Dad was driving him over. I was so excited to show them our modern space and even made up their guest room. On the afternoon they were due to arrive, I was experiencing a concern with the AC in our home. It started by blowing out overheated air from the vents despite being set to cool the space. I wasn’t sure why our AC was acting up since this was the first time I owned a single. When dad and Dad arrived, I was excited to welcome them, and they got settled. Later, I asked dad if she could take a look at our AC device since it wasn’t toiling officially. Dad did inspect the cooling system and observed moisture leaking from it. However, she wasn’t sure what the source was and asked myself and others to contact an Heating and A/C worker to take a better look. I have a service and repair agreement with a nearby Heating and A/C business, so I called them. All their Heating and A/C workers were out in the field, so all of us had to wait for 2 hours for someone to pass by. At exactly 2 pm on that overheated Summer afternoon, an Heating and A/C worker repaired the faulty cooling system at our house. The moisture was leaking out because of a clogged drain line.
