Jackson’s Dad was the only female Heating and A/C expert in the supplier she worked for. This was long ago, and having a woman work on Heating and A/C systems was modern to their area. But, Jackson’s Dad consistently said it was her dad, Jackson’s Grandpa, who insisted she trains as an Heating and A/C expert. Though times were unusual back then, she consistently had an eye for the future. She said a time would come when ladies could do anything. And she was right. Despite having challenges toiling in a male-dominated field, Jackson’s Dad excelled. She never let anyone walk all over her and knew how to handle her customers. She passed on her excellent work ethic to Jackson when she said she also wanted to become an Heating and A/C expert. This was a better opening since she wasn’t interested in university. Instead, Jackson went to Heating and A/C university and was her mom’s apprentice for 2 years. She got a job as soon as she got her Heating and A/C certification and has been toiling as an Heating and A/C professional for 2 decades, then jackson prefers sharing her inspirational story with kids at the local high university where she went for 4 years a long time ago. Jackson’s Dad had set up a supplier he’s currently running and offers paid internships to any willing students. They can come in and learn all about the Heating and A/C industry before graduating from high university. Some go to Heating and A/C university and get jobs in the vast industry.
