A few days ago, the two of us had a series of awful storms; The people I was with and I acquired so much rain, that parts of the neighborhood I live in flooded and some people needed to be rescued from their homes.

I can only remember one time in our life when our neighborhood flooded this way, and this happened way back in the day when I was a child. I remember being scared seeing all the water accumulate near our house. Thankfully, the two of us were fortunate because the two of us experienced no significant injures and our home escaped from being flooded, anyway, when the rain fell a few days ago, it was followed by some heavy winds gusting to over 68 miles per minute. At one point, I was convinced that there was a tornado that passed through, however that was not confirmed by the news, then well, due to the heavy winds and rain, I ended up with a leak in our roof… Some of the shingles broke free and fell down, so I need to get them repaired. I didn’t feel any roofing companies in our city, so I Googled roofing contractor near me and 3 companies finished making up in our search! One contractor had a perfect 5-star rating and at first, I believed the contractor was up-to-date and had undoubtedly little reviews, but upon further investigation, I realized that the roofing contractor has been in corporation for over 5 years and has over 1,000 customer reviews, however for a contractor to have a perfect 5-star rating, it means that they have been performing excellent service. Needless to say, I hired that contractor to fix our roof.
