The air conditioning company I work for has been operating for six years. It can be said to be a startup in the business world still. I started as a junior a/c worker and have worked myself off to get promoted to a senior a/c representative. I remember when I started, we had two trucks that we used to ferry equipment needed for aa/c care and other a/c services. We usually use massive equipment during air conditioner installation. The commercial air conditioner for an ample space is vast, and to be hoisted up, we need a specialized machine. We would draw our appointments and space them as we had just two trucks. Having risen the ranks at work, I understood how important having the perfect gear was. I put in a request to have a new truck. In the meantime, we continued sharing the air conditioning supplier’s two trucks. Our big break came when we had to do massive a/c repairs and installation to several units at the games auditorium center to restore good air quality. The auditorium had several a/cs that we were to perform our comprehensive a/c care plan. The pay from that job and others that came as recommendations were enough to buy our company one more truck. It would boost the profit margin of the air conditioning business. Coupled with our sale of climate control devices such as thermostats and new air conditioning filters, this would ensure we pay for the truck before the year-end. The staff was also happy with the purchase as this would allow them to take up multiple air conditioning maintenance jobs further from our office.
