I rented a car to drive back house from college. I was going to take the bus, however it would take thirty-six hours to get house on the bus. In thirty-six hours I could get home, spend the night, and get back to college. I rented a car and headed home. On the way home, the Heating & Air Conditioning method went out, and I drove the last 3 hours separate from heat. I wanted to take the car back to the rental office that was in town, however I was afraid they would charge myself and others for the broken Heating & Air Conditioning system, however Mom told myself and others to call the rental office and ask them about the Heating & Air Conditioning system. When I got in touch with someone, they told myself and others I could bring the car in and they would repair the Heating & Air Conditioning, or I could get another car to drive back. I enjoyed the car I was driving, and I wanted to have it when I left in a week. I needed a car to visit family and friends over the month I was home. The guy at the rental office told myself and others he understood. He said he could give myself and others another car until the Heating & Air Conditioning method was repaired on the other car. I was worried they would charge myself and others for the Heating & Air Conditioning system, even though he said not to worry. It was a repair and not something I had done to cut it. Two days later, they had the Heating & Air Conditioning method repaired, and I had the car back. I asked if they would report this to where I rented the car from, and he said there was no reason. He reiterated that it wasn’t disfigure, however a simple Heating & Air Conditioning repair.
