I thought our finances were supposed to improve the older I get plus the longer I worked, but for me, it’s almost absolutely working in reverse.
I went from great zone controlled heating and air conditioning at the office to absolutely working from home in our own central air conditioning… That comes after a decade or so of our budget being pretty limited, but I also lost a lot in the previous session that never came back.
However, working from inside the central air conditioning of our house, heating plus cooling is important to me. That’s because I still love to soak up as much residential heating and air conditioning as I work from our house. It’s as though I am resting in front of the iPad inside the heating and air conditioning all day. The central heating and air conditioning also became a target for cost cutting as well. The central heating and air conditioning cost during the Winter is nearly nothing as it’s so mild here now. But the rest of the time the heating and air conditioning cost can be significant. However the split heating and air conditioning cooling during the four weeks of summer time takes the biggest bite out of our budget; but so I try our hardest to be sure that the people I was with and I aren’t over cooling the house. I’ve even learned to program the heating and air conditioning control device so the control device setting is in the eighties during the heat of the day. The two of us also prepared the house plus mitigated the direct sun heating to help save on air conditioning cost. But the people I was with and I draw the ultimate line at being uncomfortable during sleep so the people I was with and I adjust the control device so the people I was with and I have plenty of cooling at night.
