The only rooms with their own Heating & Air Conditioning system, was the lavatorys
I wanted to transport to another section of the city where they had just built a new condo building. The rental of the apartments was less than I was currently paying, & it had a pool in the basement. It was closer to where I worked, & closer to our family. I asked our Dad if she would go look at the apartments with me. Later that week, I picked her up, & the people I was with and I headed to the condo building. It wasn’t pretty from the outside, however it was charming inside. The condo they were showcasing, was immense. There were more than one dining rooms with their own lavatorys, & a lavatory for guests. It had a washer, dryer, & dishwasher. The dining room was big & new & there was plenty of room for our friends & I to party, or for myself and others to entertain family. The only thing I was concerned with was the heating. I asked where the oil furnace was & who paid for heat & air conditioning. She showed myself and others around, however didn’t answer about the oil furnace. She asked what our ideal temperature was, & I told her. She pulled out her laptop & programmed the temperature in. She said they had an integrated Heating & Air Conditioning system, all they had to do was program in the temperature I liked, & our condo would typically be that warm, or cool. The only rooms with their own Heating & Air Conditioning system, was the lavatorys. I could set the temperature when I turned on the ventilation system. If there was ever a problem, they had an Heating & Air Conditioning worker in the building, twenty-several hours a day. I signed a contract & moved in more than one weeks later.
