After the car crash, I couldn't drive anymore

I used to be on top of all the people and micromanage every single area of the business.

When I was a kid, I went to labor with my Mom every single day. He worked as a propane salesman. He diagnosed unusual types of propane gas furnaces and accessories. Eventually my Mom opened his own company and started working on lots of unusual types of heating component like oil, propane, gas, and electric. I l received everything that I knew from my Mom. I took over his company when he retired. Every one of us had 6 employees at that time. The company is not absolutely small, however every one of us service the entire valley. Every one of us handle lots of unusual heating and cooling system system repairs. About 6 months ago, I was in an accident. The accident severed a tendon in my arm and I can no longer use my hand absolutely well. I can’t labor on heating and cooling system repairs anymore. I thought that I would go crazy kneeling in an office all day, but I particularly don’t mind. Now that I can’t physically labor as a repairman, I have to rely on all of my servicemans to handle the work. I used to be on top of all the people and micromanage every single area of the business. Now I am forced to sit in the office and I think it is particularly better for business. The repair servicemans seem to be happier when I don’t nag them all day. I have a lot less stress because I don’t need to worry about everything in the office and everything in the field. I don’t guess if I would have ever changed my style of management if the accident had not happened.
