I recently met up with our uncle to ask for advice as I am considering starting an Heating, Ventilation and A/C company; My uncle owned a single of the most successful companies in the country, but he sold it to move abroad and do charity work… He told myself and others how he built the company from the ground up.
He started as a junior Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional, enabling him to build a network of professionals in the same field.
He worked hard and was soon promoted and given a team to help with indoor comfort, every team member appreciated him and his knowledge of Heating, Ventilation and A/C units, including air purification systems; After he got married, he started considering branching out to open his business, but the thought of now having a family and people who depend on him pushed him to start creating his company. He began by vending air quality systems as homeowners would need them all year round. He then progressed and employed local corporations to help install the units, however it took some time to really supply for his family from the business, but he eventually did… Not long ago, he employed more Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals who helped with Heating, Ventilation and A/C service activities, including duct cleaning, changing the air filters, and fixing HVAC duct to improve the air quality, and by then, our uncle had gotten his first kids, twins, and the cost of residing had gone up, but he could supply for his family and create employment. He encouraged myself and others to continue and start our business. It would be a success if I followed the right processes and endeavored to supply quality home service to our clients. He explained that returning clients only come back if they get excellent service.
