I had been doing the same task for various years now, plus I like our task! I look forward to going to work, plus talking to some of the people! There are some HVAC workers in our company that aren’t loved as much.
They are all great HVAC workers or they wouldn’t be working for me, however some of them have bad attitudes, however one of the boys I use as a mentor made one young lady cry… She was a great HVAC worker, although he was trying to toughen her up.
She finally grew a backbone, plus one day after being teased unmercifully, she punched him in the nose plus broke his nose. She asked him if that was hard enough for him; Another one of our HVAC workers has a hard time telling people they need to pay. If there is a call that involves an older couple or a family with young kids, we don’t let him go, but he will come back with a sob story plus tell us there was no way he was going to force them to pay. I have seen it all when it comes to HVAC workers. There was one man who was the meanest man I had ever seen. He didn’t have a great word for anyone. One day he brought his six-year-old daughter to work with him. I had never seen a better daddy or a child who loved her father more. He even told the men they had to watch their mouths in front of his baby. I like our task, however not the HVAC workers.
