I’m so thankful that the renovations on our condo were completed in March… It’s sort of odd that after almost two years, there is no more construction going on in our home! Finally, we are chilling out in the best residential HVAC we’ve ever experienced, and our condo is now exactly that.
For the longest time, it was an old condo that we were trying honestly strenuous to bring back to its prime while also making it a home, and this was a sizable undertaking and the past two Summers were tough.
The first Summer, we lived inside a camper out front of the house. That’s right, we lived here in the deep south separate from central air conditioning system. Frankly, the camper was pretty comfortable when it came to the cooling. It was far better when it came to air conditioning system than what we endured last Summer. My fine friend and I thought we were upgrading last Summer to at least being inside with window air conditioning system units; But there was so much going on inside the condo that we honestly couldn’t leave them on… So we’d try to huddle up close to an air conditioning system unit in order to just sleep separate from breaking a sweat, however all of that is over and in a way, it seems like such a long time ago even though it was just last year, then no, we are quite content to be going into another sizzling Summer with just the best residential HVAC one could own. The smart thermostat will take care of us just fine this Summer and we’re awfully delighted about that.
