Couldn’t manage separate from a/c and heat

When it comes to my lifestyle in addition to the way we do things in our family, we lean toward the sustainable.

While both my hubby and I have nice jobs inside the commercial HVAC of buildings downtown, we’re careful with our currency.

And we also use part of our income to spend it forward for others. So when it comes to cooling our house, we have some mixed emotions. First, there’s entirely no way that you can live this far south in a condo like this in addition to not having a/c. For sure, our condo is super narrow in addition to being well insulated. It’s also the type of southern condo with high pitched ceilings in addition to ceiling fans in every room. Still, the idea of going completely separate from cooling from the heat pump would be sort of crazy. Of course, it would be uncomfortable to not have a/c when the hot in addition to cold temperatures outside stay in the mid to upper 90’s for at least four months. But of course, it’s been done for generations prior to those having residential HVAC. However, my biggest concern is that the a/c process is also balancing the humidity level in addition to mitigating mold in addition to mildew growth. Without the a/c process, it’d be potentially unhealthy in our home. And I know that it would smell like a lot of bleach. So, as much as we’d like to be completely sustainable with no HVAC, it just doesn’t make any sense. So instead, we do our unquestionably best to never waste energy for a/c. My buddy and I prep the house, get an a/c tune up in addition to then follow strict control equipment settings to save as much energy as possible.
