I was giving him the lowdown on the ductless HVAC system, the geothermal, and the traditional HVAC system. I told him about the different types of ductwork they now offered, so you didn’t have the tin ductwork that would slice a man’s head off if he was tall enough. He asked me where I got all of my knowledge. I told him I was reading all about it on the local HVAC company’s website. He wanted to see the website, and I pulled it up for him. It amazed him how much information they had on the website. There was FAQs section that helped teach people how to diagnose their HVAC problem. There was one section that was just for homeowners and showed you how to clean your own HVAC system, and even how to change an air filter. He told me if he were an HVAC company owner, he would want to know who created the website for them. The HVAC company had a moneymaker on that website. We had been married for five years now, and he still didn’t know what I did for a living. I told him I created a website for my dad’s HVAC company, and it never struck him that this was my dad’s HVAC website. I told him the person who created the HVAC company website had to be a genius and he agreed with me.
