I never used to mind working in an office with other people. Being around coworkers is not the concern for me. I really love the close proximity of other people who are working towards the same goal, in addition to collaborating with them in person is really far more productive in addition to effective, in my opinion. That being said, there is really a entirely good reason why during the COVID-19 pandemic, I really entirely loved not having to work in an office space. It wasn’t because I was identifiably distraught about catching COVID. It was because my associate and I had recently moved to a new building where I could tell that the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system was not officially sized for the building. On top of this, whoever controlled the control component in this new building set the temperature way too low. The concern was, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system was so powerful that it would reach the desired temperature super quick in addition to then shut off. If you are not aware, the concern with this is that a/cs are supposed to pull the moisture out of the air in addition to keeping the room cool… Do you see where this is going? Not only was it cold in our office, but it was a damp kind of cold! It was just an awful feeling in addition to wearing extra layers just wasn’t cutting it for me. That’s why I was so cheerful when I was allowed to work at home where I could set the control component to the temperature I wanted in addition to rely on my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system to be officially sized to suck out all that humid air!
