ALl of these things sound good to me, but it also sounds like a lot of work. WIFI connection plus GEO tracking sound hard to set up, which is why I haven’t bought my own smart thermostat. Not to mention, the average smart thermostat is over one hundred dollars! I wanted the benefits of a smart thermostat without the price tag plus the work. I’ve explained this to my brother plus he assures me that the benefits outweigh my problems, and yes, it’s an investment, but it pays itself off over time with the cash you save in energy savings.
