Recently my local heating and air conditioning company did the most awesome thing.
They hosted a parade in the city which was to collect money for a local children’s charity.
In order to see the parade that the local heating and air conditioning company was hosting you had to pay to get into the street it was happening on. This was done by the police closing off the certain area and allowing them to have money collectors to let people drive through to see the parade. I had never seen a heating and air conditioning company do this before and I thought it was really nice. It was not a small parade either. It was pretty big! Not as big as the Macy’s parade on New Years in New York, but I would say maybe a second runner up to that. Everyone in the area paid to come see it. Well, mostly everyone. It was quite packed! I of course was one of the people who went with my family. It was a great time and just knowing that the heating and air conditioning company was going to be donating all profits to the children’s charity was just really nice and amazing. It made me feel great to be there. Because of this, I have also started using this heating and air conditioning company now regularly for all my HVAC needs. I figured they are great people so why not give them some new business? I am more than happy to do so! The parade was wonderful.
