This is because HEPA filters are so dense and not designed for all styles of HVAC systems, especially the older models, so I took care of them with the HVAC supplier plus sure enough, I can get HEPA filters for our system. I ordered a few HEPA filters to start plus now I always get complimented on our excellent air quality in our home these nights.
