There are many reasons why this air conditioning business is the best company. One of the reasons is that they have an apprentice school where they train all non-experienced cooling workmen to become the best at air conditioning services. The other reason which blew my mind was that when employees come back from hiatus or maternity and paternity leave, they are welcome with a party and are retrained to remind them of the requirements of being a great air conditioning expert. I have been a cooling tech for over three decades, and when I joined the company, I was assigned the responsibility of training the recruits as well as the employees from hiatus. Last week I had three ladies and two gentlemen from hiatus for different reasons. Because they were scheduled to return to work on the same day, we held a small party for them, and the smiles on their faces were warming. I started by taking them through the step-by-step processes involved in air conditioning install. Since these employees have some sort of HVAC unit or cooling product in their houses, training on replacing air filters, the process of an air conditioning tune-up, and air conditioning repairs was a breeze. Some of the new quality air conditioners they needed to know about included the central air conditioning unit and the indoor air cleaning system. They were as excited to be back as we were to have them back. The company had invested in training them, which usually took two weeks.
