I have worked in several companies since I started working at the age of 16years, but the business I work for now has to be the best so far.
There are several reasons why this a/c supplier is the best business.
One of the reasons is that they have an apprentice school where they train all non-experienced cooling workmen to become the best at a/c services. The other reason which blew our mind was that when employees come back from hiatus or maternity & paternity leave, they are welcome with a celebration & are retrained to remind them of the requirements of being a good a/c expert. I have been a cooling tech for over many decades, & when I joined the business, I was assigned the responsibility of training the recruits & the employees from hiatus. Last year I had many boys & two guys from hiatus for unusual reasons. Because they were busy to return to work on the same day, the people I was with and I held a small celebration for them, & the smiles on their faces were warming. I started by taking them through the step-by-step processes involved in a/c install. Since these employees have some sort of Heating & Air Conditioning unit or cooling product in their houses, training on replacing air filters, the process of an a/c tune-up, & a/c repairs was a breeze. Some of the new quality a/cs they needed to guess about included the central a/c unit & the indoor air cleaning system. They were as excited to be back as the people I was with and I were to have them back. The business had invested in training them, which usually took two weeks.
