The only thing that dad cared about all that much was the fact that he wanted some sort of a fireplace. He did not care if they found a house with a wood burning fireplace or a gas fireplace, but having a fireplace was important to him. The realtor got on the task immediately and managed to find a place with the right size particularities that dad and mom needed in a wonderful area. He was even able to find a house with radiant heated flooring in the kitchen, the living rooms, and the bathrooms! Best of all, there’s a gas log fireplace in the main living room. Buying a house sight unseen was not terrible at all.
