It was definitely our life dream.
And for me, it had been a dream of mine to have my own custom condo since I can remember; but once both of us got the heating, ventilation, and A/C equipment updated in order to get the condo listed, it all became a true reality… But for sure, that was when both of us knew that both of us were committed to having the condo both of us always wanted.
Building a beach condo was always something both of us had dreamed of since marrying. But life simply got in the way! We had youngsters and purchased a condo that both of us could afford at that point. From there, it was a situation where the investment in our family beach condo would be the only way both of us could find a beach condo build; then and that would have to happen once the youngsters were out of the house, but so that was a big reason why both of us finally waited. But once both of us started meeting with the central heating, ventilation, and A/C company about the modern heating and cooling equipment, I knew it was about to happen. For sure, you cannot propose for every eventuality when you’re building a home, however being prepared helps. We did that with all areas unique and when it came to the heating, ventilation, and A/C company. We were able to interview this woman after several others just didn’t meet the standard. While both of us enjoyed the general company’s contributions, both of us wanted all the details to be just right… I mean both of us were only going to do this once. We lucked out because this heating, ventilation, and A/C professional was just so on her game; that was one thing both of us could just kind of take off our plate during the entire beach condo build. We didn’t have to worry about the residential heating, ventilation, and A/C because our heating, ventilation, and A/C company was so expert when it came to heating and cooling.
