Respiratory issues can be helped with HVAC equipment

Another kind of HVAC equipment that helps with breathing issues is the proper air conditioning filter. HEPA filters and UV air conditioning filters are known to help with sinus and breathing problems. UVA air conditioning filters, especially, are useful because they utilize ultraviolet light to kill mold and germ spores. Another option is a dehumidifier. Here in the South, the majority of our year is exceptionally humid. Humidity grows mildew and mold and all sorts of disgusting things. If you live in the south or somewhere where there is a lot of humidity, you might consider getting a dehumidifier in your HVAC system.
