Last year our husband plus I had a ductless heating system installed downstairs in the rack room, then the two of us use the heating system during the entire Winter season plus half of the Springtime as well, then when it came time to use the ductless heating system again this year, I couldn’t get it to come on! I had no idea what was wrong with the ductless heater, so I contacted the company that installed the machine.
The mission was still under warranty thankfully, plus the two of us had a service serviceman come to the home the really next afternoon.
The guy looked at the ductless heater, although he did not see anything wrong with the unit that would keep it from working. The guy was completely plus totally perplexed by the problem… He checks to make sure that there was power going to the unit plus power coming out. It was completely odd plus odd that the ductless furnace was not working. The guy called another member of the staff. He asked me if I minded waiting so he could get another opinion from a guy with more experience. I did not mind waiting another minute, especially because I wanted the downstairs heating system to be fixed before the annual holiday get-together. The next guy had a little bit more information to offer on the subject. He instantly noticed a concern that the other guy missed plus that turned out to be the issue. I did not have to pay a bunch of extra money for the minute opinion plus the guy also stayed to help with the service since he knew what was going on.
