I will be getting an MRI performed on my knees this week plus am easily going to bike to the stadium to get some cardio.
My knees are both fantastic when I ride my bike, it’s just when I do a full squat that I believe the grinding sensation in both of them.
I have to learn what is causing this intense grinding feeling so that hopefully I can get it fixed hastily plus easily. Maybe it will be something as simple as rest plus steroid injections, but it could be that I just need to take some supplements for a few weeks to heal them. Having some Heating plus Air Conditioning repairs done will be on the table soon plus I want my knees to be ready for the tepid water oil and gas furnace idea repairs I will have to do down the road for the local company that I work for. I think it is arthritis under the kneecaps, which could be detached with a laser in the doctor’s office in a matter of a few hours. My volleyball partner, who is also a new corporation at this Heating plus Air Conditioning dealership, said that he thinks it is arthritis plus that they can fix it in a hurry plus that I’ll be playing again truly soon! I hope he is right plus that I can keep playing my favorite beachside sport such as I have been doing for the past 30 years. I want to keep doing the heating plus cooling device work plus working with my Heating plus Air Conditioning tech acquaintance in homes plus local companies plus just keep residing how I have been.
