One of our favorite workouts is going for a run, and i enjoy the simplicity of it.

I’ve added a variety of clothing to our wardrobe to combat heat, humidity, rain, wind plus chilly temperatures. I’ve figured out the most wonderful paths to navigate around our local area. I have particular routes I choose when I’m in the mood to cover many miles plus enjoy the scenery, there are routes that incorporate challenging hills plus others that are smooth, flat plus encourage a faster pace; Running is a great opportunity to breathe fresh air, get our heart pumping plus promote healthy lungs. The high impact aerobics burns a tremendous amount of calories plus is ideal for building strong muscles plus improving stamina. I use a long run as a chance to listen to our favorite songs, focus our thoughts plus get into a positive mindset, but however, because I run so often, the workout can become a bit repetitive plus tedious. I can actually become a bit lazy, just recently I came across an app that was free to install on our smartphone. It’s a running based app that tracks our distance, pace plus calories burned. It motivates me to beat our personal best. As I’m running, a voice cuts into our songs plus lets me think our speed plus miles covered.
