Allergy season and needing an media air cleaner

I have entirely awful pollen irritations that crop up all the time.

  • Since moving down south they have gotten worse… I also live on a dirt road, then all those bits of pollen, sand and other allergens get into my air quality and affect me.

I consistently have sinus headaches, a sore throat and the roof of my mouth is itchy. I take flu symptom medication all the time. I recently thought about my home’s indoor air quality. I labor from house and therefore spend the majority of my nights inside. The outdoor pollen does leak into my house through windows and the door opening. I also know there are contaminants inside of my house. I started researching and I suppose I am going to get an whole-house air purifier. I want something that installs in my air duct that tackles the dirty air quality right when it moves through the ducts. There are Bipolar Ionization Units that clean the air quality before you even breathe it in. I can even choose to get a rest media air cleaner with a carbon air filter that further cleans my indoor air, then how good is that? My HVAC component then can have a HEPA filter that catches dust from getting into the system, lastly, UV lights can be added to the system to keep it even further clean. I do not mind investing money if it stops all my flu symptom symptoms. I would like to not need to pop pills every single afternoon. I am sleepy of carrying tissues and rubbing vix on my nose at night.
