Too often, Stella is convinced that knowing something or the basics of something gives her all the insight.
That’s definitely not how it works.
This is honestly not the sort of behavior Stella displays while working inside the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office. She performs more due diligence on just about every decision, recommendation or investment that has to do with the business. So why would she assume meeting with an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker once would make her think she knew something about Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. Again, this is a case of Stella being too overconfident for no reason to be that way. She recently had to update the heat pump in her home. So of course, Stella met with the cooling worker to talk about her next residential heat pump. It’s not as though she has unusual or unproper cooling demands. That’s not the case at all. Still, it was nice to speak with a cooling worker who asked particular questions about what Stella wanted in quality cooling. But Stella also had an ulterior motive to all of this. She was trying to glean information so she could find the heat pump online for a vastly discounted rate. And then just have the cooling worker install it. And this is just the approach she took. It took her nearly a month to find the deal she wanted but when she did, Stella snapped it up and had it shipped to her house. The thing is though, Stella just purchased a heat pump that won’t fit the air volume in her house. How’s that for cleverness?
