I’ve been standing down here on my front porch for the past half an hour just waiting for the heating and cooling guy to arrive.
I am not easily have anything special going on, just a correct heating and AC tune up.
It’s the same thing that I do every 6 months. I do my easily best to take excellent care of my heating and AC system, in my opinion I think taking nice care of your heating and AC system is one of the most crucial things you can do. I have a lot of friends that don’t take care of their heat and AC systems and I am not surprised when their Heating plus A/C units only last about 10 years before they have to completely replace them. They think it’s because heating and AC units are not being made as well although I do know that it’s because they are not taking correct care of their heating and cooling system. A Heating plus A/C component is a device like any other and because of this it has to be well maintained and looked after. I do know that there is a reason why all my heating and AC systems last much longer than my friends’ heating and AC systems. I do know that this is because I take better care of my Heating plus A/C units than they do… Unfortunately this week, the heating and AC guy is running a little bit late, although I don’t mind too much, once I get this Heating plus A/C appointment over with and my heating and AC system will have its tune ups and maintenance done and it should be nice for another 6 months or so.
