I’ve been noticing a weird phenomena recently that has been going on in my house, right now I’m living in a small locale however I undoubtedly want to update to something larger and so I’m putting as much money as I can into my savings so that I can hopefully one afternoon update to a much nicer house with an excellent Heating, Ventilation and A/C system to go along with it.

So what is the weird phenomena you might wonder? Well, despite me budgeting and keeping track of all my expenses genuinely thoroughly, I’ve noticed that my heating and A/C bill has been steadily rising with every month however the thing is that I’m doing everything exactly the same. I have the same Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit, the same temperature control, and I’m using it exactly the same. I know I’m using it exactly the same and that I haven’t changed anything because I’m using a smart temperature control. The smart temperature control connects to an app on my cellphone where I can control the smart temperature control. I consistently keep it on the same settings and I check every afternoon to make sure that my temperature control is exactly where it should be and it hasn’t moved at all. So what’s going on? I decided that it would be best if I contacted a heating and A/C to come out and take a look because my suspicions were that maybe my temperature control wasn’t toiling properly; However when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker came out he found that absolutely the issue was that I had a leak in my HVAC duct and that was causing me to lose a giant amount of air that my a/c system put out, meeting my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system had to work harder to even cool my home, once the HVAC duct was repaired the problem was taken care of and the amount went back to normal.
