When I checked on him he admitted to me that he had installed my brand new heater incorrectly, but he was hoping that it was still working anyways
When I had just purchased a brand new heater I was really excited to quickly get it installed as fast as possible. I was over enthusiastic about using it and so I was trying to find an appointment with a heating and air conditioning specialist as quickly as possible. Thankfully there are plenty of heating and AC businesses around here and as a result of this it didn’t take me long to schedule an appointment with say Heating and cooling professional. When this heating and air conditioning professional came out to my home he seemed very knowledgeable about what he was doing, I showed him where I wanted my new heater and he got to work replacing the old heater with a new heater. I knew it would take some time for it to be installed, he had to remove the old one first before he could install the new one. However I started to get a little bit worried when he had been back there already for an hour and I hadn’t seen him once. But I figured maybe he was just busy and so I waited a little bit longer. But then 1 hour turned into two and I still haven’t seen the HVAC technician at all! I decided to go and see how he was doing. When I checked on him he admitted to me that he had installed my brand new heater incorrectly, but he was hoping that it was still working anyways. Then he left. Well unfortunately for me, it didn’t work after he left and I had to get in another appointment to fix it. I was pretty unhappy about the whole situation.
