I have had to use a second space furnace in my son’s room because it has been so cold.
My hubby and I own a big, aged farmhouse, and it absolutely belonged to my great Grandparents way back in the day. It is so full of history and character. I am so thankful to be living in a dwelling full of my own family’s history, and my hubby has had to put a lot of labor into this aged house. It is absolutely high service. My associate and I had to upgrade all of the windows to help insulate the dwelling a little better. My associate and I still lose quite a bit of heat during the winter season months which makes heating the dwelling quite fancy, however the coldest rooms in the dwelling are the study rooms. I do not know why, however they seem to lose the most heat. My son’s room is easily the coldest. I suppose his room is where most of the wind hits the house. My associate and I constantly have an electric space furnace going in his room during the winter season months so that he stays sizzling enough. This winter season has been the coldest winter season that I can remember since living in this big, aged farmhouse. My associate and I have had to do even more than typical to keep the dwelling warm. It has been a lot of work… Some days my friend and I just all camp out in the entryway near the wood stove in order to stay sizzling enough. I have had to use a second space furnace in my son’s room because it has been so cold. I cannot wait for this winter season to end. It has already been taxing and it is only January. My hubby is going to see if he can do anymore to help insulate the house, however to be honest, even our neighbors with newer houses are having trouble staying sizzling this winter.
