It’s funny how just something so small as a single control unit can make for such a immense problem! But that’s the way it was in my office for the longest time; Our corporation owned an old building plus we all worked on one floor, then it was a pretty immense space plus there were more than 60 of us laboring mainly in cubicles.
Of course, that old building came with old commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C plus just one control unit. It shouldn’t be too immense a surprise that one control unit setting isn’t going to please 60 some odd people. But most of us did our best to deal with this situation individually, however for instance, there were plenty of us that brought in our own space heaters during the winter, however the commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C just never warmed up that space absolutely well, and during the summer, there were small fans on just about every desk, then still, there were folks in our office who would literally get physical when it came to the control unit setting. It was like two different camps warring against each other when it came to the control unit setting, honestly, it was deranged that it had gotten to that point. Finally, management replaced the old commercial Heating, Ventilation and A/C with the latest in Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment. But it was the Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology replace that entirely made the difference. Once we got zone controlled Heating, Ventilation and A/C in the office, it signaled the end of any more control unit fights. And I for one was entirely glad to have that sort of drama out of my toil day.
