My hubby called me while I was just finishing up work, we briefly talked about brunch for that night, and then she gave me the exhausting news.
Apparently while I was away at work, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment had shut down, and she had booked an appointment with a local air conditioning business.
I was disappointed to hear this, and dreaded going a few nights without any form of heating or air conditioner but I knew I would have to suffer through. My hubby worked from home, so she was there when the central air conditioning shut down and that was when she called me… Since my hubby had already called the Heating, Ventilation & A/C business, I figured everything was taken care of… Unfortunately, I was wrong. My hubby chose a random air conditioner company and didn’t take time to look at reviews. I wish she did, because if she did, she would have seen she chose the fancy supplier in our area. The thing is, it’s not love their service is wonderful either, so they really have no reason to be as fancy as they really are. All we needed was easy Heating, Ventilation & A/C repair, and yet it costs us several hundreds of dollars just for that. It was crazy! After we paid and the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker left, I told my hubby that next time we are calling around and checking prices before choosing what air conditioning company we are going with, and my hubby agreed with me; Even though that information doesn’t help us now, at least we will guess for future reference.
