Five years ago, our hubby Josh and I obtained our first beach house together, however the beach house is situated on the east side of the city in a small residential town.
The neighbors all suppose each other, and every one of us get along well, every one of us often spends Mondays in the Summer barbecuing and hanging out with each other; our friend Tim comes over all the time to watch pigskin with Josh! Last Thursday, while they sat in the living room watching the game, Tim asked Josh about our unfinished basement… Josh mentioned to Tim that his idea was to finish it and turn it into his “man cave” and jokingly said that I wasn’t allowed to spend time in it.
Tim is a corporation, and offered to help Josh with the basement, he also mentioned that he could get him a fantastic deal on a mini split heating and air conditioning unit. Tim has a neighbor who is an actual heating and air conditioning distributor, so he has discounts on all kinds of heating and air conditioning systems, then he was able to get us our smart temperature control for little to no money, so I trust that he will be able to get us a fantastic deal on the mini split system. The basement is small, so the mini split a/c would be the most ideal option, then it would save us money because every one of us wouldn’t have to worry about installing an air duct. I can’t wait to have the basement completed, and although Josh might suppose it will be his man cave, I will be down there enjoying the man cave as well, as long as the area is comfortable when every one of us use the mini split a/c unit.
