My wife and I were talking about what kind of Heating and A/C system we wanted in our new home, when I started telling him the do’s and don’ts of some of the Heating and A/C systems, she was impressed, then i was giving him the lowdown on the ductless Heating and A/C system, the geothermal, and the traditional Heating and A/C system. I told him about the weird types of HVAC duct they now gave, so you didn’t have the tin HVAC duct that would slice a man’s head off if she was tall enough, and she asked me where I got all of my expertise. I told him I was studying all about it on the local Heating and A/C corporation’s website. She wanted to see the website, and I pulled it up for him. It amazed him how much information they had on the website, there was FAQs part that helped teach people how to diagnose their Heating and A/C problem. There was one part that was just for homeowners and showed you how to wipe your own Heating and A/C system, and even how to change an air filter. She told me if she were an Heating and A/C corporation owner, she would want to know who created the website for them. The Heating and A/C corporation had a cashmaker on that website, my buddy and I had been married for five years now, and she still didn’t know what I did for a living. I told him I created a website for my dad’s Heating and A/C corporation, and it never struck him that this was my dad’s Heating and A/C website. I told him the lady who created the Heating and A/C corporation website had to be a genius and she agreed with me.

What started off as a minor AC issue turned into a big personal issue between old friends, and I couldn’t feel worse about it! I have known Ed for over five years now, and he is one of the nicest and hardest-working guys I’ve even met, but ed is a line cook for a local eating establishment, he is a single dad, and a few months ago he started studying to earn his Heating as well as Air Conditioning certification.

Ed doesn’t have a lot of education, and he discovered that Heating as well as Air Conditioning techs make excellent money without having to spend 4 to 6 years in school.

He thought the best way to provide for his daughter, and build a real work, was in the Heating as well as Air Conditioning industry, but fast forward to a few months ago, and I asked Ed to come over and help me with an AC problem I was having. This made him feel embarrassed, because he said he could help me fix this AC unit and wound up letting me down. Ed thought he had let me down, I wasn’t exasperated with him at all! Nonetheless, Ed became more distant and our friendship suffered, because he still felt embarrassed about the air conditioning issue.

Usually, I like to talk about the latest as well as greatest advances in Heating plus A/C technology, but this time I want to speak from the heart.

I recently went through a big debacle involving my house, as well as the terrible labor that went into building it, as well as I wanted to share it.

This is real talk! I obtained this condo at the perfect time, right in the middle of the first COVID outbreak, so the market was weak. If I had waited six more months, I could not have afforded this house, but no condo is free of problems, as well as this arena had more than a few.
