I was immediately skeptical, and thought that most of the machines must be broken or something. After reading more in the details, some of the units were broken and to be used for parts, but others were still working! I decided to go ahead and take a chance and drive over there. I was afraid that I would be last to arrive, and all of the good stuff would be gone. But thankfully, I was actually the first to arrive. I noticed a spotless looking geothermal heat pump and took it with me. There was a boiler system, window A/C unit, ductless mini split and many more types of heat and A/C products. The heat pump was the main thing I was after, but there was a portable air conditioner I decided to take a chance on as well. Just as I was taking my items, more people arrived. When I went back home, the heat pump worked well, but the portable cooling device would need to be repaired, still a great deal.
