Usually, I like to talk about the latest and greatest advances in Heating and A/C technology, however this time I want to speak from the heart.

I recently went through a giant debacle involving my house, and the exhausting work that went into building it, and I wanted to share it.

This is real talk! I bought this apartment at the perfect time, right in the middle of the first COVID outbreak, so the market was weak. If I had waited six more months, I could not have afforded this house, however no apartment is free of problems, and this arena had more than a few.
