They also taught me to care for and operate the cooling product with familiar Heating and A/C repair and called in for air conditioner repair once I noticed something was amiss. I also learned how to change the air conditioner filters independently. I bought the air conditioner at an excellent discounted price from the Heating and A/C contractor since they were running a sale on their products. I also sought HVAC duct cleaning. The air duct was a mess; After the condo services, my friend and I had amazing air quality. We get a fine night’s sleep, and so do my dogs. They have stopped panting unless my friend and I go by the beach. It’s unbelievable how cool my condo is, compared to the sweltering heat outside, especially while in the day.

I was legitimately sad when my a/c machine died.

It was only a year old, and there was no reason why the a/c machine should have died.

I was pacing the house, waiting for the HVAC worker to arrive. I was going to show him my warranty and make sure he followed the warranty and repaired the a/c machine for free, or got me a new one. I wanted to make sure there were no recalls on the a/c, that would affect the way it worked. A part of me knew I was being insufficient, even though I wasn’t going to let him pull any wool over my eyup. I was going into this A/C service with my eyup wide open, and I was going to make sure he knew I was going to be taken. When the HVAC worker arrived, he asked what had happened to the a/c machine and I told him. I told him about the warranty and how old the a/c machine was. I also told him I had bought a service agreement when they installed the a/c unit. He told me he understood and he already had all the information in his pocket he had with him. He went outside and looked at the a/c. He came back inside with a puzzled look on his face. He went over to the control machine to check it out. He asked me when I had last changed the batteries in the control unit. I started to tell him I change them on December 1st every year. That’s when I remembered I had gone home to visit my parents this past Christmas. I had forgotten to change the batteries. My control machine batteries died, along with the a/c.

I thought the contractor was going to quit when I told him my friend and I found the HVAC company my friend and I wanted. They gave us an excellent bid for the HVAC system and gave us numerous options. They were able to look up our condo plans on a website, which gave them all the information they needed on what size HVAC system my friend and I would potentially need, and my friend and I hired them. The contractor told us my friend and I were carrying this whole thing too far. My associate and I hired him to do a job, and my friend and I agreed my friend and I had. My associate and I wanted him to build us the condo of our dreams, but it was just the house… Any other contractor needed would be up to us to hire, like my friend and I hired him. He huffed and puffed and tried to tell us my friend and I were asking for too much, but after an hour, he was calling us. He said the HVAC contractor wanted to meet us at the house.
