My brother learned lots of useful information from his realtor when it came to selling his cabin.

It’s hard to think that he is 58 years old and this is the first time he has ever sold a house.

The only other time my brother ever dealt with a real estate expert was when he purchased the one he just sold. My brother was so gleeful to walk into a modern built cabin with appliances and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit that were also all brand new. He still can see it in his mind like it was last month or something. For sure, a seminal moment in his life. He didn’t think the plan was really to live inside the central cooling of that cabin for as long as he did. But it turned out to be just the perfect place to raise his children. Now, the nest is empty and the real estate market is so intense. So it seemed like selling the cabin might be the way to go. But it was the aging heat pump that tipped the scale for us. Once it went down for good, my brother knew it was time to update the residential heat pump and get on with listing the cabin. His realtor was so on top of just what he needed to do as far as improvements. When it came to modern residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C, my brother listened to him about the sort of HVAC technology purchasers really wanted. With that information, he went to the HVAC business who have taken care of him all these years. They were fantastic and got him the best residential heat pump which added large value to his home. Selling the cabin was tougher than my brother thought it was going to be emotionally. But his great, giant bag of money sure helps.

The humidity level sure is banging away already.

But Frank guesses he shouldn’t be all that surprised given that he is now in the middle of May. Still, walking out this day to get the mail was a big reminder that he is for real entering Summer. It was so thick and tepid outside and it was only 10 in the day. But Frank could feel the tepid humidity draped around him as though it were some sort of moist cloak that wasn’t in the drier long enough. When he walked back inside the central cooling of the lake house, it was so awesome. That’s the first time he felt that yet this year. The cooling unit is really just for spot use while in the hottest periods of the afternoon while in the Springtime. But once Frank gets to about now, the thermostat setting is left on cool and he starts to program the digital thermostat. Frank actually can deal with temperatures in the 80’s. It’s not like he wants to go just rest in the sun while in the peak heating hours of the afternoon. But he can handle the higher temps fairly well. It’s just when you add in all of that humidity that being outside becomes sweltering and smothering. This is why he is so thankful that he gets more than just cooling from the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit. The heat pump process is also reducing and balancing the humidity levels inside the lake house. That makes for that refreshing, crisp feeling when you walk in from being outside in the Summer. Frank appreciates that feeling.

Ann is still not sure on just how exactly the heat pump tune up got by her this Springtime.

But it sure did and now, she is paying the price for that lapse in planning.

Each year, Ann is all over getting the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair done on the heat pump like in May. Where she lives, the air conditioning is quiet all Winter. There’s virtually no use for heating down here. Sure, there is the once a winter season thing where Ann might have to bring in the plants. But even that’s not all the time. And when that happens, she doesn’t even bother with the thermostat as she opts for the space heater instead. Springtime comes early as the pollen is covering the cars by Valentine’s Day. For particular, the main Heating, Ventilation, and A/C concern of her entire year is the Summer heat and humidity. So how in the world was Ann not ready this year for it to be Summer already. She is now smack in the middle of May and the humidity is already at Summer levels. Gladly, the temperature hasn’t fully kicked in yet but still, she is in the cooling portion of her annual program around here. Springtime is enjoyed with the doors and windows open so Ann gets more accustomed to the heat. That way, she needs less cooling in the Summer and she keeps the cooling costs adequate. But that really doesn’t matter if the heat pump doesn’t work. Ann flipped the thermostat over to cooling and left it last week. It took three afternoons before the thing just stopped running. Now, she has to pay for an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C repair that never would have been necessary had she gotten the heat pump tune up.

Jack is so happy he has his garage back. And now, thanks to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert, he has a place that he can go for a bit of quiet and privacy. To be clear, Jack appreciates his wifey and daughters. They are the center of his life and the largest motivator for him to spend all the hours he does inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C of the office. He is enriched every single day by all of those ladies and couldn’t be more grateful to be hubby, partner and father to his daughters. But dang, those ladies can get loud and stay loud. When his daughters were little, Jack would walk into the central cooling of his lake house and they’d all come running. He was their king and it never felt better to be the king. He enjoyed that feeling of being their daddy. Jack is still their daddy but they’d much rather he not be around so much because he embarrasses them in front of their friends. He is not really clear on what behavior other than just existing that is so embarrassing. Seriously, Jack is a quiet guy so it’s not like he is trying to be cool. Still, he remembers what it was like to have parents around when you have friends over to hang out in the cool air. So he has been looking for a place to call his own. The garage was basically the only spot. But it was basically an indoor dump. The space was filled with junk that one or all of his ladies weren’t willing to part with. So he did that for them and then phoned the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company. The HVAC expert put in a ductless heat pump so Jack has a/c for the Summer.
